Dear Praying friends,

This morning in the stillness of the hour I was greatly encouraged and wanted to share my thoughts with you. In Psalms 34:9 “Oh fear the Lord” (the Amplified says revere and worship Him, for there is no want to those who truly revere and worship Him with godly fear). The verse goes on to say “There is no lack for those who fear Him. The young lions lack and suffer hunger; but those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.” Then in Psalms 37:25, 26 “I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants begging for bread. He is ever merciful, and lends, and his descendants are blessed.”

Oh what a wonderful promise. We have been praying every day the last couple of weeks that we can finish the new missionary house this month. It has been a true walk of faith. Each and every day we pray “Lord, provide for today.” We are building this home debt free and are doing this as God provides the funding. Praise the Lord we have not stopped. The trim was sold to us at 75% under regular cost. The interior doors were donated last week. We have had money given for the countertops. Next week we need to order the flooring, the heating and air, the septic system and the water needs to be hooked up.

Lord, you promise to meet the needs and you say the righteous will not lack. Pray with us, dear friend, seek the Lord for us. We have a new missionary family coming in July and we told them to come.
