Today I thank the Lord for the liberty we have in Jesus Christ. We forget at times, because we are so self absorbed in what we see around us and what we watch on TV. We need to get back to the basics and realize that all that we are and hope to be, will be directed from the Lord. It should be my desire that God is glorified in everything I do. Least we forget, missionaries even today 2009 are being killed around the world because of their faith in Jesus Christ.
I do not take lightly your sacrificial giving or your prayers. We thank the Lord for His goodness and provision for Siloam Missionary Homes. God continues to bless Siloam. I thank the Lord, too, for the way He has opened doors through WTRU radio. Our weekly program “A Place Missionaries Call Home” is a way of telling the world about missions. Next Saturday, March 28th, our guests on the show will be Scott Hollinger and his wife, missionaries with TransWorld Radio. Their story is about how God brought a girl from Cambodia, and a man from the USA, and put them together to reach the world for Jesus Christ. I would like for you to pray that this program would convict people to give their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ.
I believe we are living in the last days. Our days our numbered. We have an awesome responsibility because we know the truth and must share it any way we can with those who have never heard.
Our urgent prayer today is to please put us before the Lord daily. We, the staff of Siloam Missionary Homes, need your prayer as armor. We are here to encourage and pray for those that are going to the battlefields around the world to serve. Pray for their support and their health and God’s protection.
May our Lord Jesus Christ be glorified in all that we say and do.
